Vinificazione

L’uva Mtsvane viene raccolta a mano nel momento ottimale della sua maturazione nella seconda decade di settembre. Dopo la diraspatura soffice senza pigiatura le uve vengono trasferite nelle anfore (Qvevri) per la fermentazione. Il processo dura circa 3 settimane, seguite dalla fermentazione malolattica. Successivamente i Qvevri vengono riempiti, sigillati e lasciati a macerare le bucce per 3 mesi. A fine dicembre-inizio gennaio il vino chiarificato viene trasferito nei serbatoi di acciaio inox per alcuni mesi, seguito dall’imbottigliamento

Colore:                                 Vino di colore arancione chiaro con riflessi dorati

Aromi:                                  Naso intenso, con aromi di albicocche secche, pesca gialla e melone

Palato:                                  Bocca morbida e ricca, finale elegante con note agrumate di crema pasticcera e lunghi tannini setosi
