Vinificazione

Le uve vengono raccolte a mano al momento ottimale della loro maturazione. La diraspatura e pigiatura soffice è seguita da una fermentazione a temperatura controllata (23-28°C) in serbatoi di acciaio inossidabile. Il vino è stato fermentato utilizzando i ceppi di lievito di coltura. Dopo 12-15 giorni di macerazione, il vino è stato travasato pulito e trasferito per la fermentazione malolattica e 9-12 mesi di affinamento in barriques di rovere da 225 l. La maturazione prosegue in serbatoi di acciaio inox prima dell’imbottigliamento, completata dall’affinamento in bottiglia alla temperatura ottimale prima della commercializzazione.

Aromi:                                  Il vino mostra un bel bouquet di fragola e spezie e un sottile accenno di vaniglia

Palato:                                 Struttura morbida e pastosa, con abbondanza di frutta, note di liquirizia, rovere sottile e finale senza cuciture con tannini dolci
