Vinificazione

Le uve selezionate di due varietà dei nostri vigneti di Kondoli vengono raccolte separatamente a mano nel momento ottimale della loro maturazione. Le uve diraspate in modo soffice vengono raffreddate a t 4-6°C e poi pressate delicatamente nella pressa pneumatica. Successivamente, la fermentazione inizia lentamente a temperatura controllata (15-18°C) in serbatoi di acciaio inox. Il blend finale viene effettuato dopo 3-4 mesi di affinamento separato. La minima filtrazione e l’imbottigliamento competono con il processo.

Note di degustazione

Colore:                                 Cristallo colore paglierino brillante

Aromi:                                  Prugna gialla, pera, mela cotogna e pesca sono gli aromi principali.

Sapore:                                Bocca piena di frutta gialla matura, morbida ed equilibrata, che termina con un retrogusto equilibrato e leggermente acidulo.
