Vinificazione

Le uve vengono raccolte a mano al momento ottimale della loro maturazione. La diraspatura e pigiatura soffice è seguita da una fermentazione a temperatura controllata (28°C) in serbatoi di acciaio inossidabile. Il vino viene fermentato utilizzando i ceppi di lievito di coltura. La gestione della buccia e del cappello viene effettuata mediante diraspatura e rimontaggio. Quando il succo in fermentazione raggiunge l’equilibrio ottimale tra zuccheri e acidità, la fermentazione viene interrotta per raffreddamento, al fine di mantenere la naturale dolcezza e freschezza del vino.

Note di degustazione

Colore:                                Colore rubino intenso con riflessi violacei.

Aromi:                                  Mora matura e ribes nero con sentori di prugna secca.

Palato:                                 Giovane e corposo, con frutti dolci densi, morbido ma speziato con finale di mora ben equilibrato.
