Vinificazione

Le uve vengono raccolte a mano al momento ottimale della loro maturazione. La diraspatura e pigiatura soffice è seguita da una fermentazione a temperatura controllata (23-28°C) in serbatoi di acciaio inossidabile. Il vino viene fermentato utilizzando i ceppi di lievito di coltura. Dopo 5-7 giorni di macerazione, quando di solito si raggiunge il livello desiderato di zuccheri residui, la fermentazione viene interrotta per raffreddamento, al fine di mantenere la naturale dolcezza e freschezza del vino. Successivamente il vino viene mantenuto freddo a circa 0°C prima dell’imbottigliamento.

Aromi:                                Al naso offre un delicato bouquet erbaceo con note di lampone, ribes e rosa rossa

Palato:                                Il gusto è leggero ed elegante, tradizionale per questo vino, prevalgono i frutti rossi e le note erbacee. Il finale è ben bilanciato tra fresca acidità e naturale dolcezza.
